Teletech Solutions started operating in 2010 offering a range of telecoms and technology based support services to organisations in the British Channel Islands. Until recent years, government owned companies operating as monopolies provided telecom services in the principle Channel Islands of Jersey and Guernsey.

Local deregulation changed that situation, introducing an independent regulator in both islands, and competition in Fixed, Mobile, Private Circuits, etc. At the same time, global technology developments served to further increase choice and complexity. While competition and technology has been great in terms of creating choice and lowering price, they have also created a certain level of confusion and uncertainty, fuelled by sales promotions, supplier contradictions and public relations hype.

Teletech Solutions offers a clear insight into the Channel Islands telecoms industry, cutting through the fog and rhetoric to help organisations maximise their telecoms services while minimising their telecoms spend. It does this by being:

About Ian Ronayne

Teletech Solution’s Principal is Ian Ronayne. Ian has over twenty years’ experience in the local telecoms industry, undertaking a variety of roles within one of the Channel Island’s largest telecommunications providers, including in senior management positions focused on the product marketing and project management. His expertise encompasses:

• Fixed, mobile, broadband, leased line, IP and business solutions services
• Project and programme management
• Business analysis and development
• Product and services marketing
• Performance and process analysis and reporting
• Strategy creation and implementation
• Telecommunications regulation
• Leadership and team management

Ian is a member of the Association of Project Management, holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Marketing and a qualified PRINCE2 practitioner. Additionally, Ian is a qualified business coach and mentor, and experienced tutor / lecturer holding a Level 3 Certificate in adult education.

Ian is also a recognised published author and local historian, being a member of the Société Jersiaise Executive Committee. He regular provides articles for local and national publications, including a monthly column in Business Brief.
