Having been concerned for some time about the amount we were spending on telecommunications services, but not having the internal resources or expertise to review, I asked Ian to undertake an audit our organisation’s use of mobile phones. Ian proposed a straight forward no-win, no-fee approach with any charges for his work to come from potential cost savings. The resulting report showed that by changing provider we could save more than £5,000 per annum but keep the same number of mobiles. We naturally opted for the proposed changes with Ian project managing the service migration.
